QRB (QUALIFIED REFERRED BLOGGER)
A QRB meets the following requirements:

cannot be yourself or a household member
has never had a Today.com account
is referred to Today.com through an approved Today.com linking code
submits a completed and accurate Today.com VIP application
meets the VIP criteria, and is approved in the VIP program
creates at least 30 approved posts over 30 individual days.
BONUSES

Today.com will pay out bonuses if the number of QRBs sent from all VIP members in a month exceeds 300. VIP members who have the most QRBs within that month will receive the following bonuses:

1st Place $250
2nd Place $100
3rd Place $75
4th Place $50
5th Place $25
